|| BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Business Development Executive Europe (Sophia-Antipolis, France):
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for targeting, contacting and qualifying new potential clients as well as supporting existing client relationships. The Executive will work closely with LM3LABS’ management and other teams, and will play a key role in:
> Lead Generation: In partnership with the management team, you will proactively research, identify and qualify new leads. You will drive communications with potential clients to communicate LM3LABS’ technologies and products around a mutually valuable focus and scope for collaboration with targeted industries: Museums, Events, Showroom, OOH Advertising. Thru marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for helping to craft a strategic outlook and ongoing prospect list for targeted conversations and opportunities for engagement.
> Opportunity Framing: You will produce and generate well-coordinated and compelling client proposals, presentations and meetings, that not only address a client’s needs, but also clearly articulates the fundamental interaction design challenge and innovation opportunity. We expect you to not only understand and communicate LM3LABS’ unique value proposition, but to also look for novel opportunities in order to advance our model and technologies.
> Collaboration: You will build cross-functional relationships in order to effectively collect written, verbal and visual input from management, product development and design teams in a collaborative way. An understanding of the interaction design process and the inherent possibilities within design problems are a must. You will also be involved in maintaining and updating the pipeline of potential projects with the design community and finance/operations team.
> Storytelling: You will be engaged in curating a portfolio of stories and assets that showcase LM3LABS’ value proposition in relation to different markets, industries and design challenges. Building, shaping and crafting these stories in a thoughtful and proactive way to continually push a market facing story will be a large part of your mandate.
> Communication: You will be responsible for improving and maintaining visibility and transparency in our pipeline and business development process. This involves ensuring regular updates on in-process and emerging leads and clarity around accountability for moving the process forward.

This role requires design sensibilities, business acumen and client empathy.
The ideal candidate has:
- - Experience in account strategy management.
- - Experience in value selling and/or consulting.
- - Experience in Museum, Event or Design industries.
- - French and English, Spanish or German is a plus.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - The ability to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- - A focus on and attention to detail.
- - Facility and comfort with developing connections with people inside and outside of an organization.
- - Natural reporting skills to other teams and management.
- - Qualified candidates should be familiar with Google Docs, mind mapping tools, PowerPoint and tools like MailChimps, Evernote and online CRM.
- - Moderate travel in Europe will be required.
Compensation and benefits are competitive, and commensurate with experience and ability. Work contract under the French law.
